Let me show you how I added lights to my garage using VELCRO® Brand Products!

In the summer of 2023, I built all my garage cabinets and added in a 12′ long workbench for all my projects. This space has been so great to have! But what I noticed was that my workbench has no extra lighting in it. This is fine during the day when the garage doors are open, but at night when I work, I wanted to add in extra lights. Pick Out Lights

I first headed over to Amazon and found the perfect lights. I wanted lights that I could also change colors and found these. They sync to music and can change to any color I need. I mainly will use white for projects, but why not add in something fun!

Find the Perfect VELCRO® Product

These lights are very lightweight, so I grabbed the VELCRO® Brand Sticky Back Dots and applied two of them to the backs of each light.

Hang up Lights

Once I was ready to hang up my lights, I peel the backs of the dots off and hung them up. I evenly spaced them out under my cabinets.

Organize My Cords

I have this corner on my countertop with an extension cord and tool battery chargers scattered all over. The cords not only create an eyesore but get tangled up with each other if I have to move anything. The VELCRO® Brand makes these handy ONE-WRAP® thin ties that I could easily adjust. Now my cords look nice and organize.
